Laurel Highlands Adult Clearances Requirements

All registered adults must upload the following forms to the Laurel Highlands Council PA Clearances Portal:

1. Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Certification - apply online here or print the paper form and mail it in.

2. ​PA State Police Criminal History Record Check - apply online here or print the paper form and mail it in. 

3. FBI Fingerprinting OR LHC FBI Form Exemption Form for residents of PA who have lived in the commonwealth for 10 or more years
